Conval, a global manufacturer of high-performance severe service valves, recently announced that Joseph P. Ford was appointed engineering manager. Ford is a seasoned engineering leader with more than 30 years experience in all aspects of product lifecycle including R&D, project management, product design, configuration control and lean manufacturing. He has previously served in similar roles at Linde Advanced Materials Technologies, Circor and Baker Hughes.Ford holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Villanova University.
