Curtiss-Wright Flow Control and Chalmers & Kubeck Sign Nuclear Services Alliance

Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Company announced that its business unit Enertech and Chalmers & Kubeck, Inc. have signed an exclusive agreement to collaborate in providing integrated services and life-cycle management of specialized, critical components to the nuclear power industry.

Under the terms of the agreement, Enertech will focus its efforts on sales and marketing for Chalmers & Kubeck's extensive service, repair and machining capabilities.
