Flowserve announced the signing of a nuclear power industry valve joint venture agreement between Flowserve and SUFA Technology Industry Co. Ltd. CNNC (SUFA). This agreement formalizes the memorandum of understanding covering this product line signed among the companies in Nov. 2007. The joint venture agreement was signed in Beijing.
