McJunkin Red Man Corp. is boosting its global presence with the planned acquisition of a British value distributor, company officials said Friday.
The Houston-based pipe and valve distributor, which also has offices in Tulsa and traces much of its history to this city, will buy Transmark Fox Group, headquartered in Bradford, United Kingdom.
