Mueller Water Products Inc. closed on a stock sale and netted $165.9 million.
The Atlanta-based company, which makes infrastructure and flow control products for water distribution networks and treatment facilities, said it will use all of the net proceeds from the offering to repay some debt under its credit agreement.
