KITZ Corporation of Japan and parent of VMA member KITZ Corporation of America (KCA), announces it has completed the acquisition of PerrinGmbH (Perrin). Founded in 1900 and headquartered in Nidderau, Germany near Frankfurt, Perrin manufactures a wide range of metal seated ball valves in sizes ½ to 24-inch and Class 150 to 2500 with temperature ranges from -320º F to +1470º F.
