Emerson Process Management Power & Water Solutions, Inc. has purchased a 40,000-square-foot building at the RIDC Industrial park, O'Hara Township.
This building at 160 Beta Dr. is Emerson's second property in the park. Its initial 242,423-square-foot 200 Beta Dr. building was built and purchased in 1966, and expansions were completed in 1972.
