TapcoEnpro International Inc. has broken ground on a new manufacturing plant that signals a heavyweight local expansion in more ways than one.
The leading global provider of large pressure valves for refineries will be able to roll out more massive machinery at the new $36 million plant in the Cedar Crossing Industrial Park near Baytown.
