Further to the announcement on Sept. 2 regarding the proposed acquisition of the valves business of BDK Engineering Industries Limited (BDK), The Weir Group PLC confirms that the acquisition of BDK was completed on Oct. 11.
BDK, a family owned business based in Hubli, Karnataka, India, manufactures valves for the oil and gas, petrochemical and power markets.
