Flowserve Corp. announced it has purchased the assets of FEDD Wireless LLC, a small, privately owned wireless data acquisition company based in Houston. Flowserve will assume certain ongoing operational responsibilities of FEDD Wireless LLC, including existing equipment, related intellectual property and business personnel. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
