Tyco International Ltd. announced that David Reif has joined the company's newly-formed Enterprise Solutions organization as Vice President of Business Development, Oil, Gas and Refining. This initiative will focus on creating and delivering a range of solutions to customers from across Tyco's three core business platforms.
