ASCO Numatics has been contracted to provide actuators at Surgutneftegas’s Kirishi refinery near St Petersburg in Russia. A total of eighty eight, ½” NPT Actuator Control Systems (ACS) will control valves used to regulate the flow of oil across the refinery.
