EnPro Industries, Inc. announced today that its subsidiary, Garlock Sealing Technologies, LLC (GST), has completed the acquisition of the ONE-UP Pump Diaphragm business from W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc. The acquisition significantly expands the products GST offers to the industrial pump market.
