Engineer Renishaw Plc. appointed Bill Whiteley, former CEO of peer Rotork Plc., to its board as an independent non-executive director, with effect from June 20.
Whiteley will be joining the company's Audit Committee and its Remuneration and Nomination Committee, said Renishaw in a statement.
