EnPro Industries reported continued strength in its financial results as its performance during the second quarter of 2008 set new quarterly records for sales, segment profits, segment profit margins and income.

VMA associate member Garlock Sealing Technologies showed  increased demand from power generation, hydrocarbon production and processing, and metals and mining markets, both in the United States and the rest of the world, which benefited sales.
