Parker Hannifin Corporation announced the promotion of Dana A. Dennis to Senior Vice President - Finance, and Jon P. Marten to Vice President and Corporate Controller, following their appointment by the company's Board of Directors.

Parker today also announced other executive promotions. Lee C. Banks, Robert P. Barker, and Thomas L. Williams have each been named Executive Vice President and Operating Officer.
