EastBridge Investment Group announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire a controllinginterest in Ji-Bo Pipes & Valves Co. in Zhejiang, China. EastBridge hasagreed to issue 1,000,000 shares of B-preferred stock in exchange for 51%controlling interest in Ji-Bo.
