The Board of Directors of ITT Corporation announced it elected Ann Davidson, ITT's chief ethics and compliance officer, a vice president of the corporation.
Before joining ITT, Davidson held a number of legal, ethics and compliance leadership positions at Thales North America, Alliant Techsystems, Inc., Honeywell, and Parker Hannifin.
