U.S. Department of Energy Office of River Protection contractor Bechtel National, Inc. raised a 70-foot tall emissions-cutting stack onto what will be the world's largest vitrification plant. The stack ensures all facility emissions will be regulatory compliant and protective of public health and the environment.
