QAPCO, a joint venture between Industries Qatar (IQ) with 80 percent stake and Total Petrochemicals of France with 20 percent has expanded its ethylene production capacity from 525,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) to 720,000 MTPA with the completion of the Ethylene plant expansion (EP2) last year.
