Landulpho Alves refinery in Bahia, Brazil, will construct three units to decrease the sulfur in gasoline produced at the refinery. New regulations from Brazil's National Petroleum Agency determine that refineries should produce gasoline containing no more than 50 parts per million of sulfur.
