Emerson Process Management has been selected by NTPC Ltd. to modernize obsolete controls at the Tanda Thermal Power Station, a 4x110 MW plant located in Uttar Pradesh, India. NTPC is the largest power utility in India and the sixth-largest thermal power generator in the world.
