Orascom Construction Industries S.A.E. (OCI) said its 50%-owned unit BESIX has won a 525 million euros build, own, operate, and transfer contract to finance, construct and operate two new wastewater treatment plants for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain in the UAE in a joint venture with Veolia Water.
