National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) Senior Vice President for Policy and Government Relations Aric Newhouse issued the following statement today in support of H.R. 2021, the Jobs and Energy Permitting Act:

“Red tape, bureaucratic delays and prolonged litigation to obtain permits under the Clean Air Act have prevented job creators from accessing up to 1 million barrels of oil per day…(cont'd)”
