Chemical Project Cancellations this Year Remain Significantly Below Last Year's Levels |

The North American Chemical Processing Industry began the year with a very strong momentum built by several years of increased demand, international growth and the overall upbeat outlook for industrial economies on a global scale. That momentum kept project cancellations this year well below 2007 levels at only 116 projects with a combined total investment value of $1.7 billion.
