U.S. Manufacturing Jobs Increase Slightly in 2010

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today that the U.S. manufacturing sector showing a net annual gain of 136,000 jobs in 2010.

The overall U.S. unemployment rate fell 0.4% in December 2010 to 9.4%, with nonfarm payroll employment increasing by 103,000.
