Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Acquires Modumend, Inc.

Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Company, the flow control segment of Curtiss-Wright Corporation, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Modumend, Inc. for $2 million. Modumend is a market leader in the repair and refurbishment of obsolete power supplies for both foreign and domestic clients in the nuclear, fossil and non-power industries. It will be integrated into Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Company Nuclear Group within the Scientech business unit.
