The Challenges of Distribution
Like every aspect of the American industrial world, the way we distribute our products has been greatly affected by the world’s economic weakening—stocking a product does not occur as much when purse strings are tight. Now, with business getting back on track in the valve and actuator world, fulfilling orders carries with it a new set of challenges—distributors are working with compressed lead times to keep end users—who are facing their own economic pressures—happy. Valve Magazine’s winter issue takes a look at what today’s distribution channel faces and what the future holds.
Life-Cycle Costing
