The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) welcomed the energy plan (S. 2958) offered today by Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) as an amendment to the Flood Insurance Bill (S. 2284) and expressed concerns about the bill offered by Senator Harry Reid (D-NV).
