BlueFire to Start Construction Soon on Waste-to-Ethanol Plant in California |

BlueFire Ethanol Incorporated could start construction as early as next month on a waste-to-ethanol plant in Lancaster, California, that will convert landfill waste into the renewable fuel and give a peek into the future of ethanol production from nonfood sources.
In April, the company secured Brinderson Engineers & Constructors as the turnkey engineering, procurement and construction contractor for the estimated $10 million project.
