Lebanon Commissioner of Public Safety Billy Weeks said workers were turning off a valve when the line burst in the process. He called it a “very minor leak,” but said workers responded as they should.

LFD and the HazMat team were called, and Weeks said two HazMat personnel entered the building to turn off the valve. The two individuals then underwent decontamination.
