DeZURIK to Acquire APCO Willamette
DeZURIK, Inc. Sartell, Minnesota, has reached a definitive agreement to acquire APCO Willamette, a leading producer of check valves, air valves and AWWA ball valves effective March 31, 2011. The addition of APCO products and operations to those of DeZURIK creates one of the broadest engineered valve companies in the industry.
