Dresser, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire assets of iMeter B.V., a global supplier of natural gas metering equipment.
iMeter B.V., based in the Netherlands, manufactures and markets rotary and turbine gas meters, meter instrumentation and meter calibration systems for the natural gas industry.
