Survey Results Say Manufacturing in a Recession 

Two-thirds of U.S. economists think manufacturing is in a downswing, according to a recent Wall Street Journal poll. The survey reported that 65.3% of forecasters queried for the poll believe industry in this country is in a recession, which is usually defined as two consecutive quarters of contraction. The forecasters also said that the overall economy will slow down going into 2020. MORE
