Curtiss-Wright CFO Tynan Retires, Replaced by Farkas

Curtiss-Wright Corporation vice president and CFO Glenn E. Tynan plans to retire after 20 years with the company, the past 18 as CFO. Tynan will continue to serve as a vice president to assist the executive team with the transition until his retirement this fall.

Effective immediately, K. Christopher Farkas has been promoted to vice president and CFO. Farkas has served as vice president of finance and corporate controller since 2017. Prior to joining Curtiss-Wright, Farkas spent more than 17 years in financial, technical and operational roles of increasing responsibility within Fortune 50/250 industrial companies including United Technologies Corporation and Parker Hannifin.
