Year Brings Acquisitions for Two VMA Members

Two valve-related companies announced purchasing transactions that will spur growth in the years ahead. At the end of 2020, A. Y. McDonald, a maker of waterworks, plumbing pumps and natural gas products, bought Val-Matic Valve & Mfg. Corp, which serves the water/wastewater market.
