Eastern Controls Acquires Pittsburgh-based Andrews Industrial Controls

Andrews Industrial Controls has been acquired by Eastern Controls, expanding Eastern’s territory throughout Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.

Eastern Controls, Inc. has announced the acquisition of Andrews Industrial Controls, hereby expanding its products, solutions and services throughout Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. This comes shortly after Eastern Controls expanded into Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia with partners Baker Hughes Masoneilan and REXA, Inc.

For 45 years, Andrews Industrial Controls has provided instrumentation, gas and flame detection, valves, actuators and services to a broad range of industries from oil and gas, power generation, chemical and petrochemical, water and wastewater, food and beverage, and pulp and paper. The company’s dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and superior solutions has enabled it to build strong relationships with end users and engineering firms alike. Former president and CEO of Andrews Industrial Controls, Nick Andrews commented:

Nick Andrews joins the Eastern Controls teams as business development director and Paul Bonetti joins as an outside sales representative.
