With the V-port segment valve series, you're able to improve process performance and reduce variability in control applications. However, there are a lot of applications where two-way-tight, on-off type performance is required. The customer benefit of the new V-port segment valve design is that it offers the possibility of combining control and on/off performance in a single valve assembly. The standard bi-directional shut-off classifications of the V-port segment valves are according to 10x ISO Rate D / FCI 70.2 Class IV; optional improved tightness classes are ISO Rate D / FCI 70.2 Class V @ dp 20 bar.
