Conval vice president of sales and marketing Don Bowers recently announced that Glenn Heglund of Minooka, IL has been appointed as Midwest regional Sales manager.

Heglund is an experienced valve professional, spending more than 35 years in a variety of operational, sales and marketing roles at Forum Energy Technologies and MRC Global. He has traveled extensively in the Midwest and beyond, serving key customers in the oil, gas, chemical and power industries.

A native of the Chicago area, Heglund attended Richard J. Daley College, focusing his studies on Business Law/Management. Over the years, he has received significant valve and actuator industry training. He has also taught valve classes on the collegiate level and at various owner/users, engineering and construction firms.
