Valcor Engineering Adds Vibration Lab
Lab offers comprehensive and efficient testing capabilities, eliminating lead times of using external facilities.

Valcor Engineering Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of custom precision fluid and motion controls for space, aircraft, ground vehicles, nuclear and scientific/industrial industries is proud to announce it has expanded its in-house capabilities with the addition of a new vibration laboratory.
Valcor’s new in-house vibration laboratory offers comprehensive and efficient testing capabilities, eliminating the extended lead times associated with using external facilities.
Vibration lab capabilities include:
- Two vibration machines
- Full 3-axis (X, Y, Z) vibration testing: sine sweep and random vibration
- Active hydraulic or pneumatic flow through test articles during vibration
- The ability to thermally condition the unit under test
- In-house report generation.
The lab is led by a highly experienced senior dynamics & environmental test engineer and supported by a dedicated team of technicians operating across multiple shifts to ensure maximum testing availability and responsiveness. This in-house resource enables Valcor to accelerate development timelines and meet or exceed production schedules while maintaining rigorous quality standards. Valcor’s vibration testing is available for our in-house products and for our customers’ needs. For more information visit https://www.valcor.com/valcor-engineering-adds-new-vibration-laboratory/
