NYNE, the largest valve repair facility in the Northeast, announced the merger of Emerson’s Final Control Lifecycles Services Business Unit into their Mechanical Services Division, effective January 24, 2022.
The NYNE expansion is part of the NECI Plant Services plan that provides customers with a comprehensive, single-source solution for all plant maintenance and optimization including digitally enabled Mechanical, Instrument, PLC (programmable logic controllers), Reliability, Data, Control System and Plant optimization services. This comprehensive approach to plant management provides unparalleled safety, reliability, and efficiency for NECI clients.
As Emerson Lifecycle Services becomes further integrated as part of NYNE, the expansion is expected to provide the same great service customers have enjoyed with more flexibility and responsiveness. The shops involved will continue to be part of the North American Emerson Impact Partner network of more than 170 service centers.
With OEM-certified technicians, an integrated quality program, and a 5S aligned safety program, the combined entity is capable of servicing Fisher valves and other brand assets including pressure relief valves, isolation valves, MOV (Motor Operated Valves) and pneumatic actuation. The NYNE Mechanical offering also includes associated machining, diagnostic and maintenance programs.
